IPA CIS Council Secretariat Congratulates Ararat Mirzoyan on his Birthday

The IPA CIS Council Secretariat congratulates the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on his birthday.
Ararat Mirzoyan made a significant contribution to the development of parliamentarism of the Republic of Armenia. He was elected as a deputy of the sixth and seventh convocations. Since 14 January 2019 he has been holding the post of Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.
Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy sent a letter of congratulations to Ararat Mirzoyan.
