IPA CIS Council SG Alexey Sergeev thanked the sponsors of the Belorussian culture week. He reminded the audience that the President of the Russian Federation nominated 2014 the year of culture in the Russian Federation. As a follow-up, the IPA CIS Councilinvited all its member nations to contribute with their cultural events.
