Harpineh Oganessian: "Today is a special day for the IPA CIS"

Focal point for the YIPA CIS, member of the National Assembly of Armenia Harpineh Oganessian spoke at the Plenary meeting of the CIS Youth Parliamentarian Forum. Today, the first CIS Youth Parliamentarian Forum inaugurates its deliberations. The idea was brooding in the minds of young parliamentarians for some time now and eventually found its way to out Assembly. The Forum is a unique deliberative platform for young parliamentarians and youth leaders to build vision and leadership.
