Kirgiz Culture Awareness Days in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Tavricheskiy Palace was the venue for the celebrative events within the Kirgiz Culture Awareness Days organized by the Jogorku Kenesh of Kirgizstan and the IPA CIS Secretariat. The program started off at the Russian National Library with the international conference Russian and Kirgiz Research of the Manas Epic.
