The IPA CIS awards were given in the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On 25 December the IPA CIS Efficiency Decorations were given to the representatives of arts intelligentsia of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The awards were given by Speaker of Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kayrat Ishanov.
The awards were given to Zhanbolat Aupbaev, the Chief Editor of newspaper Yegemen Kazakhstan, Ruslan Ospan, the Chief Editor of Habar Agency, and Laura Tesupbekova, newsperson of newspaper Kazakhstanskaya Pravda.
