The presentation of the book “The Victory is one for everybody. Kazakhstan – Belarus” took place in Minsk

On May 20 The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented a book in Belarus. The book is about the Kazakhstani who fought in Belarus during the war.

The book contains biographical information about 83 Heroes of the Soviet Union originated from Kazakhstan and who were given the title for fighting on Belorussian land.

The foreword to the book was written by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus Ergali Bulegenov, who emphasized that both the Belorussian and the Ukranian peoples made an indispensable contribution to the victory over fascism.

The presentation was attended by permanent plenipotentiary representatives of the CIS member-states, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassadors of the CIS and Vietnam, representatives of the Executive Committee of the CIS, deputies of the Belorussian Parliament, representatives of academia and creative intellectuals, veterans of the Great Patriotic War from Belarus and Kazakhstan. The representative of the Secretariat of IPA CIS was also invited by Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Belarus Ergali Bulegenov.
