CIS Experts Approve Drafts of Concept of CIS Cooperation Development and Plan of Priority Actions on its Implementation

On 9–10 June 2020, an additional meeting of the expert group on approval of the draft Concept of CIS Cooperation Development and the draft Plan of Priority Actions on its Implementation took place in the CIS Executive Committee in Minsk via videoconferencing.

The meeting brought together the representatives of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova (as observer), Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, the IPA CIS and the CIS Executive Committee, the Joint Chiefs of Border Guards and the CIS MoI Council.

The experts considered proposals and comments on the drafts of the Concept and Plan and finalized the documents in accordance with the outcome of the discussion. The drafts were submitted for consideration at the regular meetings of the Council of the CIS Foreign Ministers and the Council of the CIS Heads of State.
