Alexandr Zozulya: Model laws are based primarily on Russian experience

Belarus will be closely involved in the model law-making in IPA CIS by actively engaging its expert resources, said the Chairman of the Committee of the Chamber of Representatives on State-biulding, Local Governance and House Rules Alexander Zozulya.
