Intelligence and emergency relief discussed in Moscow

The Council will review the CIS-wide cooperation in the mitigation of emergency situations and proposals for an appropriate comprehensive CIS agreement. Experts will also review the progress of implementing the decisions of the Council’s earlier resolutions of 12 December 2008.
