Preparations are underway in the Commonwealth for the anniversary of the Great Victory

According to the CIS Execom press-service, the Council of the CIS Heads of State adopted a Plan of action to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory. The Plan includes a broad range of commemorative events and awareness raising against attempts to reinvent historical events of the period. The plan provides for a program of renovation and inventory of memorials, cemeteries, landmarks, field research.
