IPA CIS participates at the CE / OSCE joint conference

On 17-18 February 2014, Vienna (Austria) is welcoming the international conference Not for Sale – Joining Forces against Trafficking in Human Beings co-organized by the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
At the Conference, the IPA CIS is represented by Igor Marzalyuk, Vice Chairman, IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Defense and Security, Member of the PC on International Affairs and National Security of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, an expert on human trafficking action and a facilitator of this theme at the Commissions.
The Conference will focus on action against human trafficking at various levels and feature addresses by Thorbjorn Jagland, SecGen of CE, Lamberto Zannier, OSCE SecGen, Maria Giammarinaro, OSCE Coordinator for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings, CE Commissioner for Human Rights Nils Muiznieks and others.
