Issues related to the activities of the CIS international tribunal to be considered in March

The PC will be held on-line at the web-site of the CIS Economic Tribunal in a QA format. The issues addressed may include:

• current and future activities of the CIS ET;
• role of the CIS ET in streamlining compliance with international treaties;
• role of CIS ET rulings on national laws of the Commonwealth;
• legal status of the Tribunal’s rulings;
• implementation of the Tribunal rulings in the CIS member nations;
• dispute resolution practices in the context of the Free Trade Treaty;
• cooperation with other CIS bodies and international organizations;
• information outreach.
