Online conference of the CIS Economic Tribunal kicks off

The annual online conference of the Chief Justice and Bench Chair of the Tribunal Lyudmila Kamenkova was started. This year the subject of the conference is The CIS Economic Tribunal Today.

The conference takes place at the Court web-portal at (http://sudsng.org/conference/) and features a question-and-answer session that will last till 31 March.

The topics include, inter alia:

• CIS Economic Tribunal activities;

• Judicial acts of the CIS Economic Tribunal, their influence and application in the CIS;

• The role of the CIS Economic Tribunal in uniform application of international agreements within the CIS;

• Dispute resolution in the free-trade area;

• Judgments of the CIS Economic Tribunal in people's lives – practice of interpretation cases.
