Plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean opened in Porto

Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council - Plenipotentiary Representative of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Hayk Chilingaryan is taking part in 11th plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean (PAM) in Porto (Portugal).

The session began on the morning of 23 February. During the reporting session of the First Standing Committee of the PAM. its Chair Dr. Aliy Buran stated the importance of cooperation with the IPA CIS, including in the framework of the Parliamentary Conference on Combating International Terrorism, which will be held in the Tavrichesky Palace on 28 March. "We thank the IPA CIS for the invitation to participate in this event. We attach great importance to the problem of terrorism", said Aliya Buran.

Hayk Chilingaryan held meetings with PAM Secretary General Sergio Piazzi and Honorary President of the PAM Francesco Maria Amoruzo. Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean confirmed their participation in the events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the IPA CIS on 27-28 March.
