Third Youth Theatre Forum of the CIS, Georgia and Baltic States is taking place in Yerevan

The jury of the Forum includes People’s Artist of Russia Igor Yasulovich (Russian Federation), theatre critic Elena Dyakova (Russian Federation), composer, band director Artem Kim (Republic of Uzbekistan), film and theatre actor Alexander Feklistov (Russian Federation), theater scholar Sonya Meloyan (Republic of Armenia The jury is presided by director, musician, film and theatre actor Vladimir Pankov.

The festival brought together representatives from 14 countries. The program features numerous performances, seminars, master classes, roundtables and creative workshops. Each participating country will present one performance for the festival. The winning performance will get an opportunity to participate in the next Chekhov International Theatre Festival in Moscow.

The event is organized by the International Confederation of Theatre Unions with the support of the CIS Intergovernmental Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation, as well as the Union of Theater Workers of Armenia and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Armenia. The first forum took place in 2002 in Chisinau followed by the second forum in 2015.
