This year milestones of the Permanent Representatives Council are assessed in Minsk

The meeting was attended by the Chairperson of the Executive Committee – CIS Executive Secretary Serghey Lebedev and permanent plenipotentiary representatives of the CIS member states. The IPA CIS was represented by Yuriy Andreev, a member of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat.

This year was marked by 13 sessions of the permanent Representatives Council devoted to various challenges.

The 14th session set the Plan for 2016 that will be approved in January.

In 2016 the CIS will be presided by the Kyrgyz Republic; now the current presiding country – the Republic of Kazakhstan – and its permanent Plenipotentiary Representative Ergali Buleghenov reflect on the milestones of 2015.

The next meeting of plenipotentiary representatives is scheduled for 19 January 2016.
