Istanbul hosts the 22nd Session of the OSCE PA

On the invitation of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA), IPA CIS Council Secretary General Alexey Sergeev is taking part in the 22^nd Annual Session of the OSCE PA in Istanbul.

Istanbul welcomes parliamentary delegations from the 57 OSCE member states participating in the ordinary session of the Assembly. They are discussing painstaking security issues of Eurasia and Euro-Atlantic.

The overarching theme of the annual session, Helsinki+40, highlights the goal of enhancing OSCE approaching the 40^th anniversary of Helsinki Final Act in 2015.
