Alexey Sergeev started off the Eco-theater in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The Eco-theater is a present by the VI Eco-Congress to the City of St Petersburg. The year 2013 is the Year of Environmental Awareness and Conservation in the CIS and Russia. Performances and films are the best medium for raising environmental awareness, while the eco-awareness in its turn in the best tool for so many environmental solutions, - said Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat at the opening ceremony. The theater will be open daily till 22 May. Admittance is free.
