The new Doumskiy Hall is open for business

The staff of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat were the first to witness the event. The first conference to take place in the renovated premises will be the VI International Ecological Congress benefitting brand new audio and video facilities enabling direct broadcast of the meetings. The room also has an electronic balloting system making it possible to host high-level meetings.
