PABSEC Secretary General sends a welcome message to the Conference on WWII

Secretary General of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Asaf Hadjiyev welcomed the Conference participants.
In his message, Asaf Hadjiyev underscored the critical need to learn the lessons of the War. He expressed confidence that the Conference will further consolidate the international community for peace and prosperity.
