Dmitriy Kobitskiy and Ivan Mushket Awarded by Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation

At a meeting on 16 November 2021, the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation decided to award the medal “For Assistance in Organizing Elections” to participants of the events related to the preparation and conduct of electoral campaigns.

The awards were presented to Secretary General – Head of the Secretariat of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy and his deputy – Director of the International Institute for Monitoring the Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD) Ivan Mushket.
