IPA CIS International Observers Met With Speaker of Kyrgyz Parliament Dastanbek Dzumabekov

On 5 October 2020, IPA CIS Observer Team Coordinator, Chairman of the Committee of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Foreign Affairs, Defense and Security Mukhtar Yerman and IPA CIS Council Secretary General Dmitriy Kobitskiy met with Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Dastanbek Dzhumabekov.
The participants of the meeting shared the impressions on the electoral campaign. The international observers told about their work in Kyrgyzstan and stressed that all necessary conditions were created for the monitoring.
The parties agreed that the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh were free, open and competitive.
