IPA CIS Observers Invited to Monitor Referendum in Republic of Kazakhstan

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi send a letter to the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations inviting the observers from the IPA CIS to take part in the upcoming referendum on amendments and additions to the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
