The greatest number of the polling stations are operating in the Russian Federation – 12 stations, three stations are open in Germany, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and China have two stations each.

The voting at the foreign polling stations is organized in accordance with the domestic rules – using the biometric identification and automatic counting ballot boxes.

The monitoring of elections at the foreign polling stations will be taken into account during the drafting of the final conclusion of the IPA CIS Observer Team on the results of the elections to the Jogorku Kenesh.

In Kyrgyzstan, the IPA CIS international observers perform monitoring at the polling stations in Bishkek and the Chuy region.
