Elections to the State Duma came to a close

The IPA CIS international observers met in Moscow and St. Petersburg to discuss the outcomes of monitoring efforts. They adopted the draft final findings on the results of the mission.

On 19 September, they will announce their insights at the Press Conference by the CIS Observation Mission.
