IIMDP receives congratulations on its 10th anniversary

Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly Valentina Matvienko congratulated the IIMDP IPA CIS on its anniversary in a short letter.

She stressed the role of the Institute as a prominent body for election monitoring across the CIS and beyond. The authority of the IIMDP IPA CIS is upheld not only in the IPA CIS Member Nations, but also in parliaments and field-specific partner international organizations.
