Sergey Lebedev congratulates IIMDP IPA CIS on the anniversary

In his congratulation message, Chair of the CIS Executive Committee Sergey Lebedev called the IIMDP a core division of the IPA CIS helping to meet the objectives on legal regulation of elections, refining electoral procedures and promoting democratic reforms across the Commonwealth.
