IPA CIS observers at the Russian parliamentary election visited the polling station in Strasbourg

As part of his working visit in Strasbourg, IPA CIS Secretary General Alexey Sergeev visited the polling station that will open its doors on the day of election of members of the State Douma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

Alexey Sergeev met with Chair of the Elecom, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Strasbourg Valery Levitsky.

Information on the upcoming election is published in local newspapers and presented on television. The Russian Consulate also opened a section dedicated to the election on its web-site.

During the meeting Valery Levitsky shared on the working process of the elecom on the E-Day 18 September.
