IPA CIS observers met with the Speaker of the upper chamber of the Tajik Parliament

Today, IPA CIS observers met with the Speaker of the upper chamber of the Tajik Parliament, the Majlisi milli Majlisi Oli Muhmadsaid Ubaidulloev to brief him on the findings of the Team as related to long-term monitoring from 30 August till 1 November 2013. In turn, the Speaker informed the observers on the course of preparations for the elections to take place tomorrow, 6 November.
