Alexey Sergeev: a choice of a polling station is a matter of purely random selection

Today, on the eve of the elections, is the day of silence in Tajikistan. No campaigning is allowed save campaigning to come to the polling stations. International IPA CIS observers are all set for a busy day ahead.

We assigned ten action teams that will be dispatched to the polling stations. 115 PSs of our choosing per team, without any guidance from the NCEC. It is a purely random selection.
