IPA CIS observers will monitor the referendum on amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The IPA CIS mission received the invitation to take part in the international monitoring effort to observe preparation and organization of the referendum on amendments to the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 26 September. The respective invitation was signed by Speaker of Milli Mejlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ogtay Asadov and addressed to Chairperson on the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko.
