Role of judicial authorities in electoral process discussed in Moldova

The event is convened by the Cisinau Office of the IPA CIS IIMDD, NCEC, National Justice Foundation and the National Institute of Legal and Political Studies of the National Academy of Sciences. The main idea of the Conference is to bring across a message that judicial recourse is the proper way to address alleged electoral violations and also to analyze current practices of adjudicating complaints on electoral violations.
