CIS MPs Took Part in Meeting of IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission

Today, the meeting of the IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace – the IPA CIS headquarters. It was presided by Chair of the Commission, Deputy Chair of the Committee of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on Law Enforcement, Combating Crime and Corruption Iskender Matraimov.
The event was attended by representatives of the parliaments of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
The meeting participants discussed the issues of financing of the Assembly’s activities, as well as the formation and implementation of the IPA CIS budget.
In addition, the MPs approved the financial work plan of the IPA CIS for 2023and draft decisions of the IPA CIS Council related to the financial aspects of the Assembly’s activities.
