IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission held its session in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The members of the IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission discussed a range of issues related to the financing of the activities of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly.

They considered the detailed plan of work of the IPA CIS for 2018, information on ratification of the international treaties concluded within the framework of the CIS, as well as the results of the activity of the Commission in 2017.

Member of the Committee on International Affairs, Defense and Security of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic Maksat Sabirov was unanimously approved as Chair of the Commission. Deputy Chair of the Standing Commission on Budget and Finance of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Valeriy Borodenya was elected Deputy Chair of the Commission.
