IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues held its session in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Valeriy Bokarev, Chief Advisor to the Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation on Economic Policy, and Natalia Rasskazova, Head of Civil Law Department, Acting Dean, Law Department of St. Petersburg State University, reported on the progress of work in the drafting of the model Law on Mortgage.

The participants of the session discussed the draft model laws on Forensic Activity, on Legal Practice and Attorneyship, Inheritance Entitlement, on Trust Asset Management.

The members of the Commission also analyzed the work on the draft Recommendations on Regulation and Development of the Activity of Youth Parliaments of the CIS Member Nations, exchanged their views on the results of the last meeting of the Board of Experts at the Permanent Commission on Legal Issues.
