Legal issues discussed in the IPA CIS headquarters

IPA CIS PC on Legal Issues held its regular meeting in the Tavrichesky Palace.

The agenda of the meeting included:

·        Model laws State Property Registry, Public Real Estate Registration, Notary Services, State Property, Public Autonomous Associations;

·        Presentation on the concept and structure of the draft model law

The participants discussed the results of the meeting of the Board of Experts at the IPA CIS PC on Legal Issues held on 22 September 2016 and took action on the proposals submitted by the Board.

At the meeting, the Commission also elected a deputy chair – Guseyn Ali Magomed ogly, Chair of the Committee of the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijan Republic on Legal Policy and State-Building.
