Meeting of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Members of the Commission discussed the draft model laws “Mortgage”, “Trust Management of Assets”, “Inheritance Entitlement”, “Legal Practice and Attorneyship”, “Forensic Activity” and the Recommendations on Regulation and Development of the Activity of Youth Parliaments of the CIS Member Nations.

The participants of the meeting also discussed the work on the draft model laws “Advertisement”, “Laws of Obligations”, “Regulatory Legal Acts”, “Reparation of Injury for Victims”. They also exchanged views on the outcomes of the regular meeting of the IPA CIS Board of Experts on Legal Issues and took action on the proposals made.
