Members of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues discussed draft model laws

In the course of the IPA CIS spring session a meeting of the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace.

The members of the Commission unanimously adopted the nomination as Commission Chair of Emomali Nasriddinzoda, Chair of the Committee of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan on Legislation and Human Rights.

The IPA CIS MPs discussed the drafting of model laws “On Mortgage”, “On Trust Asset Management”, “On Advertisement”, “On Inheritance Entitlement”, “On Attorneyship and Forensic Activity”, and “On Forensic Expert Activity”.
