State-building and local governance have been discussed in the Tavricheskiy Palace

The items of the agenda were as follows:
• Bills of model laws about local governance and cross-border cooperation, motor transport, social control, strategic planning and others.
• Draft Convention on interregional cooperation of the CIS member nations.
• Forum of the regions of the CIS member nations.
• Plan of model law-making for 2016-2020.
• The members of the commission also agreed to continue their work on draft documents for sustainable development.
During the meeting the commission also regarded the issue of inter-municipal cooperation.
