The meeting of the IPA CIS PC on Social Policy and Human Rights took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace

Within the framework of the IPA CIS autumn session, the meeting of the IPA CIS PC on Social Policy and Human Rights took place in the Tavricheskiy Palace.
Chairman of the IPA CIS PC on Social Policy and Human Rights, Chairman of the Permanent Commission of the Milli Mejlis of the Azerbaijan Republic on Regional Issues Arif Ragimzade announced the agenda.
Member of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on Health Care and Social Affairs Hovik Agazaryan and Member of the State Duma Committee on Informational Policy, Technologies and Communications Yury Berezutsky were elected as Deputies of the commission Chairman.
The meeting reviewed the drafts of the Model CIS Labor Code and the Model CIS Migration Code, heard and discussed information on legislation in the field of HIV/AIDS and migration in the CIS.
The members of the Commission exchanged views on the draft concepts of the MLs on Refugees, Ensuring Children's Rights to Health Care in the CIS, Psychiatric Care and Guarantees of the Citizens Rights for its Provision, Organ Donation. The draft CIS Agreement on the Bank of Invalid Identity Documents was also reviewed.
In addition, the meeting outlined proposals on amending the CIS Plan of Model Law-Making for 2016–2020.
