Chairperson of IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko Took Part in Events Commemorating St. Petersburg Anniversary

On 27 May 2021, St. Petersburg, where the headquarters of the IPA CIS is situated, celebrates its 318th anniversary.
The ceremonial event brought together Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko, Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the North-Western Federal District Alexander Gutsan, Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov and Chair of the St. Petersburg Legislative Assembly Vyacheslav Makarov.
