CIS Council of Heads of State meets in Kazakhstan

The regular session of the Council took place in Burabai township (Kazakhstan). Key highlights of the session included the adoption of statements on the 70th Anniversary of the UN and the role of the IPA CIS in legal support of migration.

The session also named Dashoguz the CIS cultural capital in 2016, adopted 2020 CIS Strategy on Military Cooperation and discussed the issues of border security.
