In the margins of the spring session of the IPA CIS Valentina Matvienko met with PABSEC Secretary General

“PABSEC is a credible and powerful forum with efficient resources to provide parliamentary support to the Organization of the Black Sea Cooperation in fulfilling its mandate”, said Valentina Matvienko.

“PABSEC has the leverage to play a key role in facilitating economic cooperation and promoting accord and stability in the Black Sea region”.

Asaf Hadjiyev expressed confidence in strengthening engagement in international parliamentary forum including the IPA CIS.

It was also agreed to renew the protocol on cooperation between the Assemblies.
