IPA CIS Council Chairperson condoles with the victims of terrorist attacks in the South of Russia

“I am shocked by the terrorist attacks in Volgograd”, she said in a telegram to the leadership of Volgograd region.

Together with the entire Nation, I mourn and share the grief with those who fell victim of these hideous acts. The bombings claimed dozens of lives in an instant. Dozens more were severely injured, including children.
“I have no doubt that the organizers of these ruthless acts will be caught and prosecuted”. She passed condolences to the families of the victims and wished the survivors a quick and easy recovery.
