Valentina Matvienko awards gymnasium with a certificate for 1k safety reflecting bands

During the First Bell ceremony at Gymnasium 56 of Petrogradsky District of St. Petersburg, Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council, Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko awarded the gymnasium with a certificate for 1000 reflecting bands in light provided by 3M Russia LLC of the upcoming international congress Road Safety for the Safety of Life.

"Your good health and safety are important for all of us", said Valentina Matvienko.

The international congress Road Safety for the Safety of Life will take place in St. Petersburg on 28-30 September. Its organizers are the Federation Council and the IPA CIS, in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior of the Russian Federation.
