Expert Advisory Board Discussed Legal Basis of Regulation in Field of Games, Betting and Lotteries

A meeting of the Expert Advisory Board at the IPA CIS Permanent Commission on Legal Issues was held at the Tavricheskiy Palace, the headquarters of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS Member Nations.
The event was held by Chair of the Expert Advisory Board, Judge of the 1st Western District Military Court, Member of the Council of the St. Petersburg Regional Branch of the “Russian Association of Judges” Yuriy Kozlov.
The participants of meeting discussed the progress of work on the draft Model law On State Cadastral Valuation.
The draft Model law On Obligations from the Public Promise of a Reward, Public Competition, Games and Betting aroused great interest among experts.
During the meeting, draft Model laws On the Storage Agreement and On Intermediary Agreements were also considered.
In addition, the experts heard information on the implementation of the decision of the meeting of the Expert Advisory Board dated 21 September 2023 and considered organizational issues.
The experts were provided with information on the implementation of the decisions taken at the meeting of the Expert Advisory Board on 21 September 2023.
