Dmitriy Kobitskiy Took Part in Opening Ceremony of Exhibition Dedicated to 80th Anniversary of Lifting Siege of Leningrad

The exhibition “Memory of Generations: To the 80th anniversary of the lifting of the Nazi siege of Leningrad” opened today in the Federal State Budgetary Institution ”Boris N. Yeltsin Presidential Library”.

The project was organized by the Russian Military Historical Society and the Presidential Library.

Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy took part in the official opening ceremony.

The exposition, based on the reliable historical materials informs how, people commemorated the feat of the city and its heroic defenders immediately after the lifting the siege and how our contemporaries perceive the events concerned with liberation of sieged Leningrad.

The exhibition “Memory of Generations: To the 80^th anniversary of the lifting of the Nazi siege of Leningrad” will run until 17 August 2024.
