International Conference on Migration to Be Held in Tavricheskiy Palace

On 16 March 2022, the international conference “Migration Processes: Features of Migration Policy at Present Stage” will be held within the framework of the Sixth St. Petersburg International Labour Forum. The event will take place in the Tavricheskiy Palace – the IPA CIS headquarters.
During the event, it is expected to pay attention to the development of skilled labour migration, organized recruitment, the creation of the infrastructure for the vocational training of candidates, the compliance of professions and qualifications of labour migrants with the requirements of the labour market and the requests of employers’ requests, digital formats of information and consulting systems aimed at organizational and legal support of labour migration participants.
The conference will be attended by parliamentarians, representatives of relevant ministries and agencies of the CIS Member Nations, prominent scientists, politicians, as well as representatives of international organizations and experts in the field of migration.
