Memorandum of Cooperation Signed Between IPA CIS Council Secretariat and Western Caspian University

On 6 December 2021, the Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the IPA CIS Council Secretariat and the Western Caspian University in Baku, Azerbaijan Republic.

The document was signed by Secretary General – Head of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat Dmitriy Kobitskiy and Acting Rector of the Western Caspian University Zemfira Mamedova.

The Memorandum is aimed at developing bilateral cooperation in the scientific and educational spheres and in the field of legal expertise of the projects of the Interparliamentary Assembly.
