Secretary General of IPA CIS Council Dmitriy Kobitskiy Meets Chairperson of CEC of Russia Ella Pamfilova

On 22 April 2021, Secretary General of the Council of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Dmitriy Kobitskiy met with Chairperson of the CEC of the Russian Federation Ella Pamfilova.
The meeting was also attended by Deputy Secretary General of the IPA CIS Council – Director of the International Institute for Monitoring Democracy Development, Parliamentarianism and Suffrage Protection of Citizens of IPA CIS Member Nations (IPA CIS IIMDD) Ivan Mushket, member of the CEC of the Russian Federation Igor Borisov and Deputy Chief of Staff of the CEC of the Russian Federation Vladimir Grachev.
The parties discussed the organization of international monitoring of elections, technological innovations in the electoral process, peculiarities of the youth outreach and prospects of bilateral cooperation on electoral issues.
